We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you unpack the goods and find that they are not quite right for you - please let us know.
Returns must be made within 14 days of reception of goods. We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused with its original tags. Please note, we do not refund shipping charges and import fees. Reduced price merchandise sales ARE FINAL. You can still return the items for an exchange or store credit.
Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
We're unable to issue a return label for international returns. You can, however, ship the items back on your own.
All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA. All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class with an estimated delivery of 2-7 days or USPS Priority when requested, with an estimated delivery of 1-3 days. Domestic orders of $75+ and international orders of $250+ will be shipped for free via standard ground shipping. Otherwise shipping costs are calculated automatically and added to your total before check-out. Expedited shipping is available upon request and if you need your items for a specific date we highly recommend choosing UPS delivery.
