All sales made by OmamiMini (“Seller”) to you (“Customer”) are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless otherwise indicated by OmamiMini in writing.
Please read the following thoroughly. These are the terms to which you are agreeing to by placing your order.
Seller accepts cashier’s check, Paypal, Visa/Mastercard or American Express. Net terms will be accepted with pre-approved credit upon credit terms determined by Seller. Customer will be charged a $25 service charge for any returned check. Pre-paid orders will be charged in full upon the first shipment, even if multiple shipments may occur. Payment terms for new customers may vary by country and must be established prior to order processing. Generally, we require a 50% deposit from all new accounts to be paid in US dollars through wire transfer (fee paid by customer), PayPal or a credit card. Balance is to be paid in full once the order is ready and prior to shipping.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. OmamiMini will bill Customer for shipping charges on invoices using default delivery method and Customer agrees to pay those charges. When a customer elects to pick up goods, use a third-party account or ship freight collect, delivery terms will be EXW (Ex Works). Orders are normally shipped by Federal Express or UPS Ground. Seller will ship using a carrier designated by Customer upon request. Shipping charges may be billed separately on credit card orders.
Pack & Hold
If you postpone an order for more than two weeks beyond the original ship date, we require a 25% non-refundable pack and hold deposit. This deposit will be applied as a payment upon shipment of goods. We will hold the order for up to four weeks, after which time the merchandise will be returned to stock and the pack and hold deposit will be applied toward the restock fee.
It is understood that should Customer become delinquent in payment, no further credit will be extended. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum) is applied to all past due accounts of 90 days.
Notice of Defects
The customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify Seller in writing WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification. Seller shall not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third-party other than Customer.
Authorized returns must be made within 7 days after Customer’s receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight. Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that has been altered or modified in any manner (relabeled, laundered, tag removed or the like). Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller’s error.
Obtaining Return Merchandise Authorization
If you need to make a return, please call OmamiMIni at +1 818 648 3225 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns will not be accepted that arrive without authorization. Customer will receive a credit posted to their original method of payment (credit card or account) for any such return once it is received and checked in by Seller’s warehouse. Please allow 7–10 business days for credit posting.
Prices, Quantities, Styles, Colors
Prices are subject to change without notice. OmamiMini reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. All orders are subject to availability.
There is a $500.00 minimum on every new season-opening order and a $250.00 minimum on follow-up orders.
